When you explicitly opt in, Finance Clarity may send recurring transactional messages in response to your requests, including account balances, transaction confirmation prompts, and help responses. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access another person’s information, interfere with operation of the service, or use messaging features for unlawful or abusive purposes.
Availability and limitation
The service is provided on an as-available basis and may change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Finance Clarity is not responsible for decisions, losses, or damages resulting from reliance on user-entered data, automated interpretations, or delayed communications.
